Thank you for considering Louie Linguini’s for your special event’s needs. We can accommodate groups of any size from 20 to 250 guests.

At Louie Linguini’s, we value your business. Whether it be a tour group, private club, business organization or a simple gathering of friends, we will make certain your event experience at Louie Linguini’s will be handled smoothly and efficiently. From designing a personalized menu to creating cuisine that will please the most discriminating palate, the staff at Louie Linguini’s is dedicated to making your event one to remember.

If you are unfamiliar with Louie Linguini’s we are located on the corner of Cannery Row and Prescott Ave on the 2nd floor of Steinbeck Plaza. We take great pride in our warm restaurant décor and our beautiful ocean views overlooking our (heated) balcony. Through the years we have developed a loyal customer base that has come to love our delicious food and friendly service. Our casual atmosphere is a hit with families, locals, and tourists alike.

Dungeness Crab Legs - Roasted in garlic, extra virgin olive oil and our own special seasoning. Served with a choice of french fries, wild rice medley, seasonal vegetables, mashed potatoes or coleslaw.

PRIVATE DINING POLICIES

EVENT TIME PERIODS

Events may be held up to 3 hours. If you would like to extend your event for more than the allotted time, please let us know. Additional hourly labor fees may apply.

SETUP AND MISCELLANEOUS

If you are interested in enhancements for your event, we can assist you in organizing linen tablecloths, flowers, place cards, decorations, ect. These items will require an additional fee.

PARKING

The best option is the parking garage located 2 blocks away at 601 Foam St. There is also meter parking on the streets. 

MENU SELECTION

We kindly ask you provide us with your menu selections ten (10) business days prior to your scheduled event.

Guests entree choices (Pre-Counts) must be submitted no later than three (3) business days prior to the event. Dietary restriction and/or allergies must also be submitted three (3) business days prior to the event so proper arrangements can be made. Most items can be made gluten free and require advance notice.

GUEST COUNT

A final guarenteed guest count is due by 10:00am three (3) business days prior to the scheduled event. Once received, this number is not subject to reduction. Final billing will be based on the guarentee or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater.

FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUM

Depending on the timing of your event, a foiod and beverage (F&B) minimum may be required. F&B minimum will be set based on the date and time of the reserved party and is subject to 8.62% tax and a suggested gratuity of 18%. The F&B minimum can only be applied towards food and beverages at Louie Linguini's and for the contracted reservation.

If the F&B minimum is not met, the difference will be added to the fianl bill as an "Unmet Minimum", and cannot be applied towards purchases of gift certificates, wine or other food to take home. Alternative or additional reservations cannot be made in order to meet the minimum.

Cash bar charges do not apply towards the F&B minimum. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

You may bring your own wine and/or cake. Wine bottle corkage is $15/bottle and cake cutting/plating fee is $4/person.

You must have prior approval from Louie Linguini’s management to bring in any outside food. This is to conform to state and local health requirements on food handling.

DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS AND BILLING

Your reservation is confirmed when your signed contract has been received. Depending on the size of your party, an intial deposit of 30% of the events estimated total may by due upon contract approval. The deposit, if required, will be applied to your final bill. Cancellations must be made at least three (3) business days prior to the event. Failure to provide three (3) business days' notice will be subject to a recovery fee up to but not to exceed 50% of the expected bill.

All balances are due at the conclusion of the event and will be charged to the credit card provided. The restaurant requires a copy of the credit card front and back. We accept VISA, MC, AE, Diners Club, Discover, JCB and US dollar cash payment. We do not accept personal or corporate checks.

Booking party is responsible for any damage done to the facility by its guests.
